Vegemite and Joeys: NYE Gold Coast 2010

New Year's Eve was supposed to be spent in the Gold Coast at a white and gold party. Well we were in the Gold Coast and we did end up at the gold and white party but it wasn't exactly what we expected. Lindsey's friend Filo invited us to a pre-party at his friends house in Main Beach and his friend Kiersten was incredibly kind enough to pick us up and take us there. Actually our entire time in the Gold Coast was filled with Filo's friends being incredibly kind and hospitable.

We went to the preparty and were the only ones dressed in white and gold. It was kind of funny as I think they thought we just had really weird style. We had a really good time talking to everyone and learning about life in Queensland.

From there we went to the gold and white party and watched the fireworks on the beach at midnight.
